I don't know if there is much (or any!) demand on something of this type but, for me, I would love to have a single jogwheel controller to add two of those to my DDJ-SX2 and have hands on control over the 4 decks on Serato. Just cut the jog side of the SX2 (minus the effects encoders) and presto! It wouldn't need to have a soundcard as it would be just a midi controller, to the likes of Denon DN-SC2000.

I agree. I asked for this on other post. Few other pople asked for this as well. We need single wheel controller. We have mixers.I dont like xdj 700 idea as it is outdated layout . Unless you make xdj with ddj layout (8cue points).
Yeah, I'm with you. If only the XDJ-700/1000 had buttons for those hot cues alongside that touch screen (or the CDJ-2000's didn't cost my right eye and leg) there would be 4 of those on the mail for me and off with the computer!
But I guess this is something that will never see the light of day just like the single deck controller. Either it would require me to, again, sell the eye and leg I have left or it just won't happen. They do need to sell their other stuff ;)

I am sure it will happen next. Pioneer is sadly like Apple. They have a cow and they gonna milk it to the last drop. I am sure it's product politics.And yes. All CDJ and XDJ is outdated format now. 8 Cue points and jog wheel should be agreed unified standard layout everywhere. From Traktor, Serato to Pioneer. Deal with it.
I agree with you guys. A DN-SC2000-like made by Pioneer would be great !
