XDJ RX2 - Effects work with USB sticks but not with Rekordbox on Laptop

Hi All

Hopefully this is just some setting I'm not aware of, but when I use Rekordbox and my Laptop to Browse and feed tracks (via downloaded or streamed) to my XDJ RX2, effects will only come out via 'Main' and won't when only deck 1 or 2 is selected on the knob. And only some of them.

If I leave the laptop out of it and just plug in my usb sticks with my downloaded tracks, it all seems to work fine.

Any pointers?
