DDJ FLX4 not connect in any USB

my DDJ-FLX4 controller does not connect to my android cell phone, yesterday it was connecting normally, but now it does not recognize it anymore, everything is up to date and using the USB-C that comes with the FLX4 in the box.

I need help fast!

ps. bluetooth connects normally.
