Playlist loading onto Rx3

I am new to some XDJ RX3s and the recordbox software. I have tried loading tracks from recordbox onto USB without any success. Everything I have read says to format USB to FAT32 but I've tried this and struggled I'm using a 64gb drive so I will try with a smaller drive and see if this works. This leads me onto my next issue. I have then connected my laptop to the XDJ and linked it fine. It shows the playlists that I have set up in the software but it doesn't load onto the XDJ the sections are blank. Please any assistance would be great.
