Problem with XDJ-700 waveform

Sometimes, when I load a new track, both waveforms (small and zoomed) are completely white. I can not fix the problem, even if I load a new track. The only solution is to reset the player.

Does this only happen with certain tracks or with all tracks?

It happened to me 3 times (on different players) with different tracks. This is how it looks like.

Thank you for the information and the photo.  Have your tracks all been analyzed in Rekordbox before they were exported to your drive?  Can you please tell me the brand, model and size of the USB drive you are using?  Is your drive formatted as FAT32?

Yes, all my tracks have been analysed and then exported to usb. I am using SanDisk Ultra Fit 3.0 USB drive 64GB formatted in FAT32.

Problem is still there...even after the latest firmware update (1.10).

@Timotej > Could you zip-up the export drive (including the hidden folders) and send it over for our engineers to investigate?

How should I send you file this large? And where to send it?

Yesterday the problem repeated, this time, again, even small waveform was white.

Use a file sharing service (eg. Dropbox) and post the link here.

I'll loop you in on the ticket I have open with our engineers; you can attach the files there, or if it's too big, post a link.

Do you have a solution to the problem? I regularly encounter this problem (USB and USB LINK). :(
Firmware version: v1.13.
Storage: any USB stick and SSD. FAT32 - analyzed by Recordbox.

@Jozsef > Could you please upload the contents of your export USB device to a file sharing service and email the link to me at pulse (at) djpulse [d]0[t] ca

I'll pass them to our engineers for inspection.

Please also link this forum topic so I can cross-reference it for our engineers.

Sorry - I just found your email in my spam folder. Could you please upload your files to a sharing service and provide a direct link; our team will not connect to any remote servers for the purpose of gathering files. Thanks.

Because of the large size I could only put it on my FTP. I sent the address by email.

We recommend using Dropbox or other file-sharing services - again, we will not connect to any remote FTP.

There is a size limit. I can't upload 68Gbyte. Can I upload to Pionner support?

68GB? I think they can do what they need without the audio files themselves. Can you zip that up instead?

"please upload the contents of your export USB device"

What do you need? Which directory do I upload?

Got it - thanks, I've passed it along to our engineers for inspection.
