Varytec Hero Spot Wash 140 2in1 bad fixture

Hello, I am solving the problem that with these heads only the wash shines without the spot. Tried 23 and 16 channels, but only wash is still lit. Can you fix the fixture please? Alternatively, which one to use for full functionality of the heads? Thank you.

Varytec Hero Spot Wash 140 (23 channel) was customized and was released in the fixture library version 1405 as shown below. 

If you would like to use 16 channels mode, please let us know.

I deliberately updated rekordbox to the latest version, but the fixture version for all channels is 3005, not 1405. Where is the problem?

The lighting fixture version is shown at the left side of the rekordbox lighting screen as shown below.
