1000 Track playlist limit on Rekordbox or only when exporting?

Hello

I am considering migrating to Rekordbox from Traktor...
In my Traktor installation have some playlists, which contain more than 1000 tracks.

I can read on forums that there is a 1000 track limit when exporting to a USB-stick, SD-Card etc.

But what if the playlists only exist in the Rekordbox software and are never exported, but always used with a laptop/computer?
Does the 1000 track limit still exist then?
- And would I be able to use and perform with those playlists directly from Rekordbox on my laptop/computer?
