Wave form lagging and freezing using Serato on the display on S11

this only happens when using Serato, Rekordbox no issues.  Latest firmware, check, not using mixer on a hub check, switched usb cables check, latest firmware, and Serato check.  Mac 2019 2.4 I9, 64 gigs of ram ram

What is the USB buffer set to in your Serato DJ Pro? It may be set too low for the power of your laptop. Try raising it to 512 or higher and see if it helps. You can find the USB buffer under the Audio tab in Serato settings I believe.
