Pioneer DDJ REV 7 Firmware Fail

I was doing a firmware update and my laptop to shutoff. now every time i turn it on the volume display is blinking red and when i try to do the firmware update it fails. 

ive already tried to troubleshoot, reinstall drivers, redownload firmware, and click the slot1 & Slip button. is there anything i can do to get the update running?
