Need Help: Distorted Sound on Second Channel with DDJ-SRT 1000 Controller (USB-A Input):

I have a DDJ-SRT 1000 controller, and I've been experiencing an issue with the second channel when using the 'USB-A' input. The music sounds severely distorted, while all other channels work perfectly fine. However, when I switch to the 'USB-B' input, the second channel sounds normal without any distortion. I've already updated the firmware to the latest version and tried different cables, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue and found a solution?
