The Beat Fx doesn't function on my DDJ-Flx6

Hi, 

I noticed that for the past month the Beat FX button has not been working properly. When I try to turn it on, he flashes, but when I go to turn it off, it won't turn off anymore. I tried updating the console firmware but nothing it still gives the same problem. 
Do you know what to do because I am trying everything?
