Device Library Plus in Sync Manager

Hi!

Ive been trying to update my playlists, but it's not giving me the option of NOT doing the Device Library Plus. So I've tried having it do both, but it gets stuck at 10%, been sitting like that for 24hrs, and it's not moving from there. I'm not familiar with the exact process for right-clicking and exporting playlists directly to my external drive that I use for club gigs. Can anything be done to bypass this?
