loosing audio driver

i have a ddj 800 and  im up to date with RB.  my issue is.  when im playing and ,  say i open youtube on the  other monitor i loose audio from my decks. i then have to reboot the decks and  the drivers get loaded again and all is good. untill something else, like a windows notification comes up then once again the audio driver is disconnected from the laptop and all stops , untill i reboot the decks .  

any advice guys please
