After the disaster that was the roll out "Device Library Plus" with 6.8.1, many users started having USB syncing freezes (me included). Pioneer support was less than useless EVEN AFTER TELLING THEM EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. It was astounding how they completely ignored the solution I repeatedly told them and kept asking for log files.
The Fix: tracks with unassociated files. I had a few dozen tracks missing the files due to deleting and renaming the actual file. I fixed every file with a broken link (by either relinking or deleting them) and sync works again.
This wasn't an issue on 6.8.0 so it's a bug in their sync programming probably brought on by the forced inclusion of Device Library Plus.

This is a known issue with versions 6.8.1 and 6.8.2.
Our engineers are working hard to try and fix this issue asap.
Both Device Library and Device Library Plus are being exported starting from 6.8.1.
So the only way to avoid that, would be to use previous version 6.8.0.
Then why isn't there a sticky about this? Kind of weird you'd release a software update with a known problem which is literally the core functionality of the software.

Until issue is fixed please use previous version or export via right click menu.
FYI: Another user confirmed this fixed their export issues also. The last I heard from support (Luana (Pioneer DJ Global)), "The engineering team is still struggling to replicate the issue.". Is the engineering team aware of this fix?
