Pioneer DDJ X1 Midi Editor or Utility

Is there a midi manager or editor for the Pioneer DDJ X1. Looking for a way to get the controller pads to light up when using it as a generic midi controller. In my case I'm using it to control a visuals software called Mixmergency. Thanks.
