Are you exporting from EXPORT mode or PERFORMANCE mode? Do you have it in RGB or BLUE waveform display?
Occasionally the large waveform doesn't load for a track. Any advice please?

EXPORT mode and it was BLUE - I've just tried switching to RGB and it's working!!? :)
Yep, there is an update coming to address that. ;)
Has there been a update for this yet because I'm having the same trouble. Cheers
@Paul > Have you updated the firmware? We're now up to v1.32.
Hi I'm running on v1. 31. I'll try the update and I'll let you know if this helps. Thanks for getting back to me.
Hi I've updated to 1.32 and I'm still having the same issue. When it does it I have to take out the USB and then put it back in, then it's fine for a bit then it happens again. Any ideas or suggestions?
@paul > What's the make / model of the USB? Have you tried different units? Formatted and re-exported?
Hi I'm using SanDisk 3.0 usb sticks. I've re formatted the USB and red exported the tracks and everything seems fine now. So fingers crossed.
Cheers Paul
has there been any final solutions to this? I am having the same issue
@Heather > No; please try the solutions noted above:
- ensure the firmware is up-to-date
- format your USB drive and re-export
Hi mines been working fine for a while then all of a sudden the waveform started disappearing again. I'm up to date with the firmware and its the same usb that I'm using. It will play a couple of tracks then all of a sudden it won't show the waveform when you try to load another track. I have to switch the unit off and back on again for it to work.
Any ideas!!! Driving me mad.
£1500 for a unit and I feel like smashing it up sometimes.
@paul > Have you tried formatting and re-exporting?
What is the model / capacity of SanDisk drive you're using, and how is it formatted (FAT32 / HFS+)?
Hi
The USB I am using is a sandisk cruzer glide 32gb. I've formatted the usb 3 times ( in FAT32). No joy.
@paul > Please try using a different make model of USB drive. The Cruzer isn't exactly a high-performance USB drive.
OK. Thanks for getting back to me. Could you recommend some usb drives then please? Which ones are the best to use?
Hi all, I am pretty new to using rekordbox, however, surprisingly the problem occurred after some time as before it worked perfectly.
I am a happy owner of XDJ RX2 and all of the sudden the big waveforms disappeared on some of the tracks which have been previously analyzed and exported to the USB stick through the newest version of Rekordbox 5.5.0 also the XDJ RX2 firmware is up to date with the latest version of 1.3.5
I did read all of the previous comments regarding the problem. Tried formatting the USB stick several times each time re-exporting all of the tracks. Nothing helps and to be completely honest I am just tired of it as it stops me from using the Pioneer device in full use.
Any thoughts?
Hi mate.
Are you formatting in FAT32? Plus are you ejecting the usb probably from rekordbox? ( small eject ⏏ next to usb part of rekordbox)
Hello dude,
Formatted to FAT32 and yes each time USB ejected correctly.
@MadSi > What's the make / model of that USB drive? Have you tried using others?
Hi there, thank for the response.
I tried it on a few different USB sticks
32GB - Verbatim Go
16GB - Sandisk Cruzer Blade
4GB - Kinstong Datatraveler
All previously formatted to FAT32, the problem still occurs.
What's the firmware version on the player?
1.3.5
