ddj SX2 right deck pads don't change colour

hi,
i am a Serato user since 7 years and have used it with almost all the accessories and expansion packs.
I have been using the PIONEER DDJSX2 controller with my Serato software for the past 8 months. Now i discovered 2 problems about 4 months ago.
1. firstly 2 of my performance pads on the right deck keep on flashing with a blue and green light when a track IS LOADED BUT NOT PLAYING. However the flashing stops as soon as the track starts playing.
2. Secondly again on the right deck the hot cue colours DON'T change to different colours. All of them turn RED ( one colour) only.
i have updated the latest firmware on the controller and also i am using the latest 15inch touch 2016 laptop along with the LATEST VERSION OF SERATO DJ AND SERATO DJ PRO.
However there is NO PROBLEM in PERFORMANCE.

Please help solving this problem.
P.S. problems only on the right deck.
