You need to let me email the pictures of the manual as on pc even though I’m logged it I cannot reply to this ( there is no comment box ) and it keeps telling me to log in.

please just let me send you the pictures as I’m going to send the RB- DMX1 back otherwise as the lights I have are not compatible

The lighting fixture you requested already exists in the AtlaBase library under brand Unknown with the name LED Moving Head Spot.

Hello, it is close but some of the channels are swapped round !
Please advise on the correct one, I am now looking through the unknown lights to see if any channels are the same.
Or tell me how to program in a new light to it and I will put the correct channels in.
Thank you.
Ps it sort of works but not great on the one you said to use.

The fixture DMX channels seem to be exactly the same as the manual you sent us. The only channel that could possibly be misinterpreted is the strobe channel, which is strangely named as "Dimming", but still contains strobe commands (It is named as Shutter/Strobe in the LED Moving Head Spot). Could you please tell us which channels are swapped around?

I’ve been having a play and these two light settings do work on 9 and 11 channels, I still would like to know if on the 9 channels lights 5 & 6 could be swapped round and in 11 channels lights 7 & 8 could be swapped round ?.
Obviously I do not know what “ linging “ means on MY lights manual.
Thank you for your time.
P.s
Is the lights supposed to work sound to light when the music is playing ? They only seem to work preset to whatever scram is on the track, when you pause the track the lights just keep moving randomly.

According to our interpretation of the manual channel 5 is a Strobe channel and channel 6 is a Dimmer one. Could you please help me understand what exactly do you need to be swapped? The latest pictures you sent us describe the dmx as it already is. So, channels 5 and 6 are not swapped (9ch mode). Would you like a different dmx than the one you have sent us so far?

Would you not be willing to try to do it as it is in the manual I sent ?

on the 9 channel settings have the dimmer on channel 5, and shutter/strobe on channel 6.

or is there a better way of talk to you to explain ?

thank you

All the pictures you have sent us so far list the dimmer on channel 6 and strobe on channel 5 (which is the channel order of the Uknown-LED Moving Head Spot). In order for us to create a fixture that has the dimmer on channel 5 and strobe on channel 6, we would need a manual and information of a fixture that uses them, because that means that it is a different fixture. We cannot simply change the channel order of a fixture since there are other users who use it as it is. So, in order to create a fixture for you that has the dmx order you want ( dimmer on ch5 and strobe on ch6) we would kindly request you to send us a manual and information about it.
