TORAIZ SP-16: Allow us to adjust the range of copy/paste down to a single step

In the screen where sequences can be copy/pasted I see no reason why the selection cannot be adjusted down to less than a bar and down to one step. 

We need to be able to copy individual steps with all the parameter automation!
