Graphics/Screen Glitching and constant crashes

60% of the time when I boot up Rekordbox for my new DDJ-400 I get a crash which stores in my computer. I think it may be related to the fact i get huge triangular multi coloured blocks which block my screen mid mix. 

I feel like I may have rushed set up due to over excitement!! Any advice?
