RMX1000 djms9

Since the s9, and many other pioneer mixers have no send/return capabilities, is it possible to create either a plugin, via usb, or an extra effect in rekordbox called rmx1000 that can operate the Rmx as a controller for individual decks fx. As it is the rmx1000 sits after my main Xlr outputs on the s9 affecting the master out, with no way to affect each deck separately. I’m sure even released as an extra paid addon in rekordbox like video,this would be very popular. Ultimately if it was as customizable as the xp1, I would be very happy. Thanks
