Please try updating the firmware; the LED issue was corrected with 1.01.
Do you have any audio in your headphones?

My SB3 isn't receiving any input volume from Serato. The lights are on the the play/cue buttons all function in accordance with the software but I have no volume - there is no signal hitting the stereo 'channel level' strip. How can I fix this?
