RB-DMX1: more colours on ADJ TPar and bars

I think lightning mode is becoming better (dim function in beta), great potential but not ready for prime time. More colours and working channels are needed for:

- Dotz TPar System (DOT442): assign to PAR1- 4.

- ADJ Ultrabar (UBH900): UV, cyan...
