Geni Spyro 250 does not respond properly

Dear Pioneer DJ Team,

I have the equipment specified above. Although this is already in the library, the device does not respond to changes in color and rotation.

There are two channels, one channel for color selection, one channel for rotation. In rekordbox I find the areas where I can set it (as soon as I select effect as device type). But no matter what I set, the device does not respond.

When I use the device with a DMX lighting console, the device works as desired. A defect in the device or a configuration problem can be ruled out.

Can you please check the settings of the device?
