jog cdj 2000 noise

Hello DJ team

I noticed a worry about one of my cdj 2000.
when I scratch, the tray has a tendency to rub. I'm thinking about the rolling but am not sure of that.

If so, is it complicated to change and can I continue to mix without it loose. I'm a little panicked :(
