Hi, so I just bought my DDJ 400 and installed rekordbox etc. and I cant play any sound trought it cause my computer didnt install the drivers for the ddj 400. this it how it shows up in the menus. and yes i tried to unistall the driver and unistall rekordox restart computer etc always same result

The DDJ-400 doesn't require any drivers...
It uses built-in WASAPI audio device support.
Can you open the Windows device manager to check and see if the unit is properly detected by your system?
