I just bought ddj 1000 and for some reason I’m redlining and the volume is low please help

The Pioneer DJ staff is going to need more information.

 

Which OS are you on. Which version of Rekordbox DJ are you using.

On which channels is this happening, the more information the better.

Thank you I saw it on YouTube didn’t have this issue with my old controller, wasn’t redlining with the trim knobs in the middle position. Thank you for your time
