CDJ fail to read External SDD

hi, guys! i have a SDD formated to FAT32 rekordbox reads it and i can create playlist and everything but when i go to the CDJ it says: FORMAT USB.

how can i make this work?? and when is pioneer going to make NTFS hard drives available for use?
