pioneer DDJ-SZ

Hi, i have an issue with my controller sz Limited edition ,for some reason  i cant install the drivers, before i was using same controller with another laptop and it was working perfect but i have lost my computer, i get another computer , downloaded serato dj pro , but at the time to connect the drivers is not happening , i got a message says installation failed contact software manufacturer for assistance , anybody can help me
