Cue on one side is effecting the other

When I press cue on side it effects the other channel. Everytime I press cue it will stutter the other channel.

What do you mean by "stutter"?

What is the hardware you're using? And are you using it with software at the time this occurs?

Every time I hit cue on one side it will effect the other channel. So if I hit cue like 20 times in a row quickly it will basically hold the beat on the opposite channel at the same position. So if you stutter the cue button the side playing on the master out will be effected. It's weird.

Do you have an email I can send it to you? I'm having a hard time getting the video from my phone to my pc.

Its a master issue. Sometimes it has a hard time switching master to the track that's playing on the master channel. So you'll be trying to cue up the next track but it will still be assigned to master and when you hit cue it effects both sides. I'm trying to figure out how to get the video on here.

I have to manually assign the master channel for each track. Is that right?
