Hello, PineerDj Team . 
I have a"  DDJ-sx3 "device.
Volume left effect in Serato DJ .....
And the "SHIft + 1" test I received did not give any signal on the device.
Is there a problem with the hardware?
Or software?
How can I fix this problem?
