XDJ XZ - Unable to use Performance Mode Rekordbox

Hello, I'm Carlo.

I Bought a XDJ XZ and i really like it,

But i Can use it with Rekorbox Performance Mode on my macbook.

Macbook: OSx EL Capitan 10.11.6 --- Rekordbox Says there are no update.. --- XDJ XZ Driver Installed.

- I connect the XDJ via USB cable

- On xdj I press LINK->CONTROL MODE->1 + 2 (For the decks)

- When I Open Rekordbox in Performance Mode i can't use it and the xdj it's like in the picture

- I pressed Browse button on XDJ an i see MIDI written Under DECK1 & DECK,
but on rekordbox in the Midi Setup i have XDJ XZ (1) and XDJ XZ (2) But they are both empty. (I don't know if it is normal or not.. Or maybe i don't have the Midi Map )
 
(Don't know if it can help, i tried CDJ/XDJ Aggregator, Re-install XDJ Driver But nothing Changed..)

(I Have 2 cdj 2000 Nxs to use with the XDJ, tried to connect them 2 rekordbox performance mode and they works)

@Carlo > You'll also have to update your OS; macOS 10.12 or newer is required for rekordbox and the XDJ-XZ.

I got the same excade proublem with my xdjxz it works in export mode but not in performance mode I have a pc hope the find the problem real quick

I am using Windows 10 all updated and firmware updated. 1.10

@pionner dj I apologize for not replying, updating the operating system I solved the problem..

My Macboook didn't "tell" me there was a new update, but I did it manually with the latest update that my pc could "afford". Maybe this can help someone ...

@Donnie Clarke If u have all updated and updated rekordbox, have you checked the cable connections ? And installed all the drivers ?

I have all the updated drivers in the only thing I’m not updated to is the new recorderbox dj 5.8.5 do you think that will help and also like I said everything else works great just the performance mode doesn’t

When the XDJ-XZ is connected to the computer, what shows up in the Device Manager?

@pioneerdj i acess the devic manerger like you said under Software devices it says 

2 Xdjxz(1) {0}

2Xdjxz (1) {1}

2Xdjxz (2) {0}

2Xdjxz (2) {1}

what doe this all mean and it still does not work in perforfomance mode is this a driver proublem

@pioneerdj i fiqured out the proublem i was at recorderbox dj 5.7.0 i updated to 5.8.5 and it works like a charm thankyou for the help pioneer dj
