Waveform disappears xdj rx2

I loaded a problem track and the xdj rx2 displayed read only. And the wave form did not load. The issue I'm having is that it affected the rest of my analyzed tracks and wont load any waveforms at all after the fact. I have to turn off the equipment and reset it. Why does it affect the rest of my tracks and how can I reset the waveforms without having to turn off my equipment? Obviously if I encounter another problem track during a gig turning off my equipment will be very embarrassing.
