XDJ 1000 MK2 : Display names (comments) of HotCue points on waverform

It would be really nice f the XDJ 1000 MK2 could display the names/comments put in Rekordbox for HotCue points.

- This feature should be configurable by the user (enable/disable). With disabled the display would be as current (A...H), with enabled the Names should be displayed (if set, otherwse just the letter).

- Of course there are some limitations due to space (pixels) available on the display, but at least let's say 8 characters per HotCue would be nice.

- If several HotCue names overlap, the previous name should be overlapped by the next HotCue name
