Sequencer recording cue points + FX's

A "quantized" sequencer that can record samples (as now), cue points plays, Fx's that are applied, and eventually external sources.

Actually it could be an "all inputs + Fx's" recorder, but quantized and beat matched, with undo/redo function. => That's half of what you already got.
