Steve, does increasing the level/depth not give you enough tail-out on the echo?
Is it possible ( or can it be made possible in an update) to increase the tail length of the echo effect (feedback). The tail is way too short imo, especially noticeable on the 3/4 beat length.
many thanks
steve

Hi Pulse, thanks for the quick reply.
No, The level depth at 12 o'clock is the max tail out, and its still quite minimal (compared to what i could achieve with the djm2000nxs with the isolator eqs at about 2oclock)
anything beyond 12 o'clock alters the mix only, so starts to reduce the dry signal leaving only the effected signal.
Steve,
I am with you on this. The tail length is way too short, especially when compared to the built-in send effects.
I also noticed that the Delay effect just suddenly stops if the crossfader gain is lower enough, as opposed to the Echo which sustains for the length of the tail. What exactly makes the Delay stop so abruptly?
I had an additional question concerning the effects on the built-in section. Is the Time component an absolute variable or does it depend on the Beat FX BPM? And if it is absolute, what is the range in ms for the Time variable? What is the centered position setting?
Thanks
just going to post a new query making the same ask. Is this something that could be sorted in a firmware update?
Coming from a Xone DB4 i really miss the long delay tails
