Could you send us the complete manual for this fixture? Please take a look at this post. 
We need a link to the product manual in order to complete your request. (you can use a link or a cloud service)

Hi. I do not have a complete manual, instead I requested the configuration channel letter from the manufacturer. They have sent me the data for the DMX configuration and two files for 2 control applications in case they were useful. I leave the link for download from DROPBOX
