Cue button has stopped working

Hello Pioneer people,

I am reaching out for assistance. I have a pair of CDJ 2000NXS. I have had them for about 7 years. They are in really good condition. I have had to change the Cue/Play assembly about 3 times since I had them. I have done it all myself and without issue. Recently I was playing and the cue for one of the decks all of sudden went dead. I pulled the assembly played with the button and it was flat and would not move.

I have some extra assemblies so I went and installed one, put it back together and turned it on. The unit still worked, I can push play but cue doesn't work at all It doesn't return to the beginning of the track. It just plays until I push pause on the Play button. I can still play in vinyl mood but I have to return to the beginning of a track with use of the forward/back track button. I usually use them in CDJ mode. All the normal settings are there such as autocue.

So I removed the new assembly and I was in the process of soldering one of the switches they provide in the package the assembly comes with and still not working. So I took the assembly that did work out of the other deck and installed it to see if it was the deck or a bad board. Same issue and when I put the assembly back in its original unit it now has the same problem.

Has anyone experienced this? Did something on one of the units short our or break the assembly? I am really kind of baffled right now. Not sure what I need to replace. And it looks like I have to send it in for repair. If anybody has any insight it would be appreciated. Thanks
