pitch bend on jog wheel

I own the rx2 and I'm trying to adjust the setting on the jog wheel that bends the track and I can't seem to find it in utility or anywhere on the actual controller. I don't like hearing the track bend when I try to speed up or slow down it down using the jog wheel
