Djm 900 nexus power up help!!

Hi there having the same issue with my djm nexus.. I power it on and the pioneer logo appears then the mixer just goes off and red light flashes for about 4 mins.. iv disconnected all decks and speaker and was doing the same.. I disconnected the fader and it powered up!! But every time I connect the fader it goes back to red light flashing and nothing working ... can anyone help??
