Cannot detect PLX-500W in Rekordbox 6.5.2 under 'Devices' via USB

I have installed Rekordbox on my Windows 10 PC and connected my PLX-500W via USB cable.  However, Rekordbox fails to show the PLX-500W at all.  It DOES detect my iPod Classic under 'Devices' via USB.

- I have enabled Rekordbox through the Windows firewall.

- I have the most current version of Rekordbox: 6.5.2.

- Windows x64 Pro has all current updates

- I plugged the PLX-500W through multiple USB ports on the MOBO

There does not appear to be a driver specific for the PLX-500W, as I searched the site for one.  So, I cannot update a non-existent driver for the hardware.  I cannot use WiFi/LAN, as this is not an option on this product.

Honestly, all I wanted to do was rip my vinyl to my iPod.  I do not have any other DJ equipment to "workaround" what the forum indicates may be an issue with Rekordbox and Windows 10?

I have not other issues with devices being recognized by 'Plug and Play' via USB.

I have searched the forum and tried every fix, but most were either not applicable, linked to a German Microsoft KBB article, or were worked around via other DJ equipment.

Honestly, Pioneer should probably just release a driver instead of relying on MS to detect an uncommon 'Plug and Play' device such as a turntable.  *exasperated sigh*

That looks like you've found it - it just shows up as a generic USB audio device.
