DJM 900nxs2 drivers fail installation

I am trying to install the drivers on windows 10 Dell XPS 13 laptop and it says: "Installation Failed (002)". I've tried installing it as an administrator and no changes. Ultimately, I am trying to get it to connect to Streamlabs OBS but it's not being detected no matter how I reconfigure it. I've tried reinstalling windows 10 but no luck.

I was able to get the drivers installed. The answer? Unplugging the usb cable from the mixer to computer, THEN installing driver, THEN reconnecting cable. But I am still facing the issue of not getting a signal from OBS, audacity or any other audio software even though it allows me to select the mixer as an audio device.
