The description you gave doesn't make me think it's a problem with the firmware, but rather the encoder knob itself. A firmware reinstallation can help some problems, but it wouldn't fix this.

I'm back with my problem. I sent xdj-xz to an authorized Pioneer service and it seems that the problem was the button read encoder.
It's going very well at the moment.
