Connect send/return to DJS-1000 using USB

My mixer supports send/return through USB.

Does the DJS-1000 support this?

No, sorry, the DJS-1000 is only intended for conventional analog send/return configuration, or a setup placing it between a device and the mixer, or post master output of the mixer.
