New DDJ 400 not recognized

Hi there, just got the DDJ 400, and when I connected them just the channel level lights twinkle, I've watched many videos to see if I need to adjust something, but when they connect their DDJ 400, they immediately work, and all the lights come on, again, this product is completely new, any idea or recommendation about how to solve this? Thank you for your help.
