Never had an issue with this product being recognized by a computer until today. My DDJ 400 was working perfect until I tried using it today. I've tried multiple cables, multiple USB ports, and 2 different computers and nothing. I did nothing different, except plug in an M Audio Oxygen pro midi keyboard. I even attempted to reinstall windows on my computer and nothing. The lights come on like normal, it lights up, goes into the sleep show like normal. But rekordbox won't recognize it, windows will not recognize it. What is going on?!

Any other system updates take place?
If it's not working with multiple computers, that would be more likely to point to a hardware failure. If it's not showing in the Windows device manager, and you can't get it to update the firmware (even to the same version), then please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
