Hi i just bought a new plx 1000. I was doing a dj set and holding down the vinyl waiting for the beat to drop on the other track and before i let it go, it stopped spinning. Very strange. Ive been looking in the internet and manuals for possible solutions but at this point im Just gonna return it.
Is there something i should be doing to the turntable? feels like the motor is stuck
Could be a motor or motor control board fault. If you're within the return period, I'd recommend that, otherwise please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
