Can loops ive transferred from Traktor to Rekordbox automatically play on CDJ 3000

I’ve just taken the jump from Traktor and X1 controller to Rekordbox and Pionner 3000. Managed to transfer over playlists, cuepoints and loops to rekordbix but when I play track on cdj the loop doesn’t automatically play when track gets to that point. Is there a button on cdj i need to press for it loop to play? Thks
