Only white light on moving head Beamz Fuse 75S

Hi,

I have two moving head Beamz Fuze 75S and when i connect to Rb-Dmx1 the only color is white. The issue is not from the moving heads, because when they are connected to a dmx controller, they work fine with all colors, gobos, prisma, rotation, shake....

Can you fix this issue? I also have two Beamz Ignite60 and when i connect to Rb-Dmx1 the gobos doesn´t work.
