DJM S11 - Left channel completely frozen / no buttons work

When I turn on my S11 the entire left channel is stuck in line mode even if I switch to any other input. Additionally I can't even reboot the mixer in update mode to re-install the firmware because the buttons won't register. I can't switch any of the FX and the FX knob won't work. I can't access any of the utility menus on the screen. When I play any audio through the left channel it is stuck with the FX being on and just has a continuous echo. Is there a hard reset I can do. Please help!!! BTW this has only been used at 2 events and has been in a hard case. It's basically brand new.
